Error -5009 during installation.

1. Rename the folder "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Installshield" to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallshieldOld"
2. Reinstall program

NOTE: If you are using Windows 7, 10 or Vista you will see two Program Files. You may have to check in both.

*Sometimes computers are setup to not show you these folders.
