Invalid Key (purchased from Progeny)

If you download and install the program and receive an error that the registration key is invalid, please try the following:

1. Copy and paste your name, as it appears in the email you had received, into the first field, then the key into the second. If you decide to type the information instead, you must be certain that you enter the name and key EXACTLY as given, including spacing, upper case letters, etc.

2. If you still receive the message, you may have received an invalid key; you will need to do one of the following:

 • If you purchased the program from us, Progeny Genealog, (www.progenygenealogy.com) please contact our Order Department at order@progenygenealogy.com


 • If you purchased the program from Millennia Corp., (www.legacyfamilytree.com) please contact their Orders Department at Sales@LegacyFamilyTree.com
