The PDF file portion of the program is not working. If the program can't find the driver that creates this file, it will be grayed out.
Please try the following:
1. Log onto your computer as an Administrator.
2. Re install Genelines.
3. Right click on the desktop icon and select Run as Administrator.
If you are still experiencing problems, contact Customer Support at customersupport@progenygenealogy.com
Publish options are grayed out.
