Sometimes you may be asked to either delete your program's folder in your User Settings or send them to us.
In Computer, on the left side of the window pane, click on the following folders:
Desktop >your login name >AppData >Roaming >Progeny>FTMCC
In Windows 10, first go to your C: drive, then click on the following folders:
Users > your login name > AppData > Roaming > Progeny > CC
If you are still unable to see these files, you may need to make some changes to your folder options.
