I've got the file downloaded. How can I open it?

The timeline files have a *.hst extension and can only be opened with your Genelines program. To open the file:

1. Open up Genelines and open your family file
2. Select File, Import History
3. Browse to the history file you want and click the Open button
4. Click the Select All button, then the Import button, then the Replace or Merge button
5. Select View, Historical Events from the menu. All the events from the file will be listed in the Historical Events screen.
